Private Rental Fees

  • For private events and events that take place outside of normal store hours, the following private reservation fees apply*:

    Sunday-Wednesday: $100/hour
    Thursday-Saturday: $150/hour

    *in addition to Candle Lab pricing per person

    $150 Bar Minimum

For events that include our Candle Lab experience, guests will choose from seasonally curated collections of dreamy vessels and exclusive scents to create their own unique, beautifully imperfect candle.

The Candle Lab

  • We require a minimum of 18 candles purchased for private Candle Lab events. We can accommodate up to 28 guests pouring candles at once, but are happy to arrange multiple “shifts” of candle-pouring! We’ve loved hosting larger groups in this space!

    • The candle pouring process requires about 45 minutes per group. We are happy to host multiple “shifts” of candle pouring, but please note that your reservation length must allow time for 15 minutes of transition time between each group.

    • Candles will require two hours to cure following the pouring process.

    • Guests may return to pick their candles up anytime during normal business hours in the next 30 days.

    • Guests under 16 years of age must have an adult present for the duration of the Candle Lab experience.

  • $38 per person + tax

From bottles of bubbly to classic cocktails, we’re here to meet all your beverage needs! We offer hosted bar packages as well as an individually-paid drink options. Our menu boasts an assortment of seasonal cocktails, wine and beer selections, and unique non-alcoholic choices.

The Small Bar

  • Hosted bar packages are charged by the drink with the exception of wine/bubbly, which is paid by the bottle. All wine is $25 per bottle*.

    Please see our menu for current drink options and additional offerings**. You are welcome to select specific varieties (i.e. two wines, two beers, specific cocktails, etc.) and we will craft a predetermined menu for your event. If you have a particular request–feel free to ask! We’ll do our best to offer drink options that best meet your needs and tastes!

    Please note that hosted bar packages require at least 14 days advance notice. All hosted bar packages require a non-refundable down payment of $100 that will be applied to the final bar amount. The final beverage amount will be paid at completion of the event. Any drinks purchased outside of the predetermined menu are to be paid by individual guests.

    *All opened bottles of wine will be charged at $25 per bottle. We are unable to provide any opened bottles for off-site consumption.

    **Pricing does not include 7.25% sales tax and 2% occupational tax or gratuity.

  • All beverages will be individually paid by guests via cash or card.

  • Reservations are made in 1 hour increments.

  • The private reservation fee is paid at time of booking to reserve the date and time of your choosing. All payment is made via secure, Quickbooks invoice.

    Paid 14 days prior to event:

    • Candle Lab payment per guest (if applicable)

    • $100 hosted bar deposit (if applicable)

    Paid at completion of event:

    • Final beverage amount, if hosted bar. If guests individually purchase drinks up to bar minimum, $100 deposit will be refunded.

  • Feel free to bring your own decor! Please ensure that your reservation time allows for any set-up and tear down needs.

  • You are welcome to bring in your own food or catering. We are happy to provide recommendations in this regard--feel free to ask!
